Ideal for schools Beauty From Within – 1 hour - for adults and teenagers - top tips for beautiful skin, the skin is a reflection of what is going on in the body. There are many causes of skin problems, this talk explores them all. Could what I am eating be making me feel bad? – Adults – Often we don't feel "right" it is sometimes hard to put your finger on it especially when tests come back negative. In this talk I will explore and explain some of the reasons for our body getting out of balance due to possible food intolerances, allergies and stimulants and a whole lot more.
